-Fixed gif pics showing up with bad background under WinXP
-Make sure that CC2 app mnu file name doesn't get overwritten. cc2per.mnu would overwrite the cc2 mnu file since both apps have the same 1st 3 letters. cc2per now installs properly into the IBD.

 ([CC2]\Icons). IBD now enforces this each time icon bitmaps are loaded.

-For some reason, the latest CC2 can't handle icon pics with fully-
 qualified pathnames. So, any icon bitmaps Added to the current Pool
 are now copied to [CC2]\Icons\ (ie, #ICONS\) and loaded from there.
-All spreads use standard Windows pointer, not the default crossbars
-App Commands List added (via About box)
-Can add files to a Blank Pool (will be prompted to Save Blank Pool)
-After Clearing a Pool the "+" and save buttons now become enabled.
-Cosmetic Help improvement, allows backcolors to be changed (Options)
-Better ability to move form left/right/top/bottom (eg: ctrl+alt+left)
-The release of WW2 Atlas introduced a new problem, whereby some lines in
 all mnu files after the install were placed out of order (IBD apparently
 couldn’t deal), has been fixed. I can't guarantee some future install
 won't alter the mnu files in some unexpected way. Best Bet: in such a
 case open each mnu and save it, IBD will order the lines appropriately.
